In today's digital age, many solutions are created for business-oriented areas. A certified qualified electronic signature ensures security and efficiency in record keeping and concluding contracts. It also speeds up remote recruitment processes.

B2B and B2C agreements
Standards on electronic identification are included in the eIDAS regulation. In legal terms, a qualified signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature. According to Art. 78 of the Civil Code, to maintain the electronic form of a legal transaction, it is sufficient to submit a declaration of will in electronic form and sign it with a qualified electronic signature. There is no difference between a declaration submitted in electronic form and a paper declaration.
In Poland, there are many types of contracts. Clauses attached to agreements may say how the contracts should be signed. Referring to contracts with clients and partners, the electronic qualified signature can be used for:
sales agreements,
contracts of mandate,
lease agreements,
agency agreements,
employment agreements,
civil law agreements,
managerial contracts,
powers of attorney,
confidentiality agreements,
invoices,
tender documentation
Internal company documentation
The electronic signature technology helps with workflow. By storing documents in one place, employees save time searching for them. Documents that can be signed while working remotely include:
work, remuneration and bonus regulations,
organizational regulations,
organizational schemes,
task cards of organizational units and cells,
job responsibilities,
organizational instructions,
authorization to process personal data,
ordinances,
commands,
general letters,
holiday requests,
delegations,
delivery and acceptance protocols,
powers of attorney,
certificates of employment,
PIT-11 forms,
financial decisions
HR Documents
Qualified electronic signature can be used to sign employment agreements, contracts of mandate or contract for services. The digitization of the recruitment process is quick and convenient for an employee who works away from the office. When changing terms of agreement, it is important to observe prescribed by the contract form. To confirm, that the person who signs the document is acting on behalf of a specific entity, they should own a certificate with additional data (e.g. power of attorney, an extract from the National Court Register).
An electronic signature can be submitted through a smartphone, laptop, computer or any other device that is connected to the internet. The signature is issued as a mobile or physical card with a reader. It can be used as a separate tool, but it is also a part of document signing platform. The SimplySign signature works with document or transaction workflow system or electronic banking system. Through the SimplySign API, it is also possible to integrate with signature platforms and trigger the function to attach a qualified electronic signature to a document.
